PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND USE

LUBRICO GOLDEN HYS 50 is an antistatic oil developed for the production of synthetic and natural yarn in the textile industry. It is a textile oil that can be separated from the fibers by washing with water without using detergent in order to prevent static electricity that may occur during combing and twisting of the fibers. Depending on the characteristics of the material being processed, it is used directly or by emulsifying it with water at a certain rate. It is recommended to use between 3% and 10% depending on the material to be processed.

 

Warning: The tank must be completely clean before emulsion is made. When creating an emulsion, adding oil to water should be done slowly while the water is circulating/mixing. If water is to be added to the tank, water should not be added directly to the tank; a new emulsion is prepared in a separate tank and added.
